In addition to the Principles of Customer Service we also offer add ons that can really help you stand ut from the crowd when working with people whom have disabilities or from other cultures.
Where a nationally accredited programme is required then we also offer the HABC Level 2 Award in Principles of Customer Service that can also be delivered over 1 Day.
